What you can learn from a tree...
It is so neat that you can learn so much about a family just by looking at their Christmas tree... here are a few on our tree. Starting from top left corner... Frosty riding his Harley- believe me, if there is clear pavement, we will get the bikes out. The Chuck Taylor- my favorite shoes, even wore them under my wedding dress! Starbucks mug - no explination needed. Precious Moments- every year Mom's dear friend Tom Bean send her a new P.M. ornament, here is this years. GO TARHEALS! Tinkerbell- My husband gets me a tinkerbell ornament every year. The Giraffe- This ornament looks just like me stuffed animal "Da-Da" that I have had since I was only a few weeks old. It is now all patches. Old Pick up w/ tree - my husband's ornament collection. every year his mom gets him a new hallmark car ornament. Corvette - my husbands favorite car 1963 split window vette. Cabin - one of these days, we will have one in the mountains of Tenn / NC. Willowtree - Mom and I both collect these. This one is for our 4 munchkins. 105th Aniv. HD - just to remind us of how much fun we had while we were up there.

First snow of the year!!!
Mom and I of course had to go for a walk in to first big snowfall. Wessel joined us this year, Corey was in class so he missed out. We got back from the walk and made a big bowl of Snow cream... if you have never had it... you have to try it! Just make sure it is the light fluffy snow and NOT yellow!
I guess Elkhart had a total of 5 inches so not too bad for a first snow.
The holidays are coming up so quickly! If anyone is wanting to get those family portraits in before the holidays make sure you call soon.
