10 years ago tonight...
I can't believe it. Ten years ago tonight, actually about 15 minutes ago, My mom got a call from the hospital in Cincinnati. My Dad had a heart attack and passed away at the age of 51. Words can't explain how much he is missed. He was my biggest fan when it came to my singing. I would always catch him sneaking into the back of the lounges where I was singing just so he could be there to hear me. So many memories... I love you dad!

The first post is great for anyone who needs a good laugh. Must have sound though...

Happy New Year!
How is everyone's New Years Resolutions? Mine... well, there is the typical I am going to lose the 20 lbs the I put on since Corey and I got married. I am going to quit smoking by my birthday, and read my devotions daily with out skipping. Also, really try to update the blog at least once a week. Will keep you updated one the progress.
Our New Year was rung in by staying home in our pajama pants, drinking wine with a few friends (Me, Mom, Dawn and Jeana) while the guys ( Wessel, Corey, Rob, Stick shift, and Zach) played poker right up to the time that the ball dropped. I would much rather stay home and celebrate with family than going out with the crowds.
